Cabling Technology provides a service department responsible for troubleshooting, small installations, and other cabling reqruirements, including equipment adds, moves, and changes. Our expert service technicians carry all the necessary material and testing equipment required for smaller structured cabling requirements.
Adds, Moves, and Changes
We will customise your structured cabling to meet changes within your business. New or existing customers, our services range from simply adding an additional outlet, planning and managing a complete office move, or decommisioning/de-installation and disposal of redundant structured cabling systems.
Contracts
Cabling Technology also offer Maintenance Contracts to new or existing cabling solutions. We offer Maintenance Contracts for work that has been undertaken by ourselves or other installers. Our Maintenance Contracts provide you with cover for your business and with immediate access to engineers with the highest level of accreditation and knowledge of structured cabling.
We offer a comprehensive range of Maintenance Contracts to suit your requirements and budget, including:
- Normal Weekday — Weekdays, Normal Business Hours, Next Day Engineer Attendance.
- Extended Weekday — Weekdays, Extended Business Hours (6am to 10pm), Next Day Engineer Attendance.
- Everyday Next Day — Weekdays & Weekends, Extended Hours (6am to 10pm), Next Day Engineer Attendance.
- Scheduled Engineer Attendance when anticipated resource required.
Residential Engineers
We can provide highly skilled engineers dedicated to you on a flexible basis. You will have a dedicated engineer that is familiar with you and your system.
Emergency Response
We can respond to an emergency 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Auditing
We will document your cabling system from start to finish, from patch panel to every single outlet. All audited equipment will comply with latest standards. Our auditing process includes:
- Identification and tagging of all equipment and cables
- Out of hours removal of equipment and cables
- Refitting of cables and equipment
- Repatching of equipment
Comprehensive documentation of test results and audit will be provided upon completion.
